Mental Health Awareness Bike Ride in Poughkeepsie

It's time to dust off your bikes, as Scenic Hudson and Let’s Bike HV celebrate both National Bike Month and Mental Health Awareness Month with a series of bike rides, including a four-mile ride in Poughkeepsie on May 3. The ride will start at Malcolm X Park and loop through the city, passing College Hill Park and Earline Patrice Park before returning to Malcolm X Park. It will be a guided, leisurely paced ride along Poughkeepsie city streets. It's appropriate for all experience levels. Bring your bike, helmet and sunscreen and meet at Malcolm X Park.

Arrive by 11 a.m. for a free bike tuneup. Swag bags and bike kit giveaways will start at 12 p.m.
