The Franklin D. Roosevelt Presidential Library and Museum presents a Constitution Day screening of the 1989 film "A More Perfect Union," which was the first comprehensive film enactment of the birth of the Constitution and was shot on location at Independence Hall in Philadelphia and other historic locations in Virginia.
